1The oil supply method of hydraulic pump
Straight shaft swash plate plunger pumps are divided into two types: pressure oil supply type and self-priming oil type.Most pressure-supplied hydraulic pumps use fuel tanks with air pressure, and some hydraulic pumps themselves have oil replenishment pumps to supply pressure oil to the oil inlet of the hydraulic pump.The self-priming oil of the self-priming hydraulic pump is very strong.The hydraulic fuel tank with air pressure for oil supply, after each operation of the machine, waits for the hydraulic fuel tank to arrive and use the air pressure before adjusting the operation of the machinery.If the air pressure of the hydraulic fuel tank is insufficient, it will damage the machine, which will cause a pull-off phenomenon of the hydraulic pump and the sliding whip, and it will cause abnormal wear and tear of the return plate and the pressure plate in the pump.The plunger pump used to replenish the oil pump for oil supply is selected. After use, the operator needs to check the plunger pump 1-2 times a day to check whether the hydraulic pump operation dynamics are normal.If you find that the speed of the hydraulic cylinder drops or the car is stuffy, you should check the collapse of the replenishment oil pump to see if there is a phenomenon on the edge of the impeller and whether the internal gear pump space is too large.
For self-priming oil-type plunger pumps, the oil in the hydraulic tank must not be lower than the lower limit of the oil standard, and a satisfactory amount of hydraulic oil must be insisted on.The higher the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil, the longer the service life of the hydraulic pump.
2 Bearings for hydraulic pumps
The main component of the plunger pump is the bearing. Assuming that the bearing has clearance, the normal vacancy of the three pairs of friction pairs in the hydraulic pump cannot be made. Together, the thickness of the hydrostatic support oil film of each friction pair will be damaged, and the service life of the plunger pump bearing will be reduced.According to the materials supplied by the hydraulic pump manufacturer, the uniform service life of the bearing is 10000h.
For the disassembled bearing, it is impossible to check the clearance of the bearing without checking the instrument. Visual inspection can only be used, such as scratches or discoloration on the surface of the roller.
