Introduce
3S3 series high pressure reciprocating pump as a high pressure water power source. Used for large and small diameter pipe cleaning, ship cleaning, workpiece cleaning, rust removal, powder metallurgy and other fields. Water, emulsions, and liquids with properties similar to water can be delivered. The hydraulic end of the pump is equipped with a safety valve, throttle valve, self-contained system, adjustable throttle valve to adapt to different flow requirements. The power end of the pump is a bearing type transmission (between the crankshaft and the connecting rod). The lubrication method adopts splash lubrication, which can run continuously for 24 hours without cooling. According to customer needs, equipped with a variety of power sources.
Special note: due to the large flow of 3S3 water pump, the diameter of the nozzle must be matched with the flow and working pressure of the pump. if the nozzle is too small, a large amount of water will drain through the overflow valve, which will cause the return pipe to shake and even cause the pump to shake.
