Introduce
BZW400/10 type water injection pump can be used as high pressure water power source. It can be used to transport water, emulsions and liquids with chemical properties similar to water. It is suitable for departments that need high-pressure liquid equipment and is widely used in the coal mining industry.
Both ends of the pump head of this series of pumps are equipped with safety valves and throttle valves, which are self-contained and adjustable throttle valves to adapt to different flow requirements. The power end of the pump is a bearing type transmission (between the crankshaft and the connecting rod). The lubrication method is splash lubrication, which can run continuously for 24 hours without cooling.
Implementation standard of water injection pump: MT/T 188.2-2000 "emulsion pump for emulsion pump station in coal mine" and Q/JN001-2022 "water injection pump for BZW system".
