The BZW series water injection pump (hereinafter referred to as water injection pump) produced by our company has the characteristics of compact structure, small size, light weight and high efficiency. It can be used to transport water, emulsions and liquids with chemical properties similar to water. It is suitable for departments that need high-pressure liquid equipment and is widely used in the coal mining industry.
The water injection pump is especially suitable for occasions that require mobile use. It is an ideal power device for high-pressure water jet equipment. The extension of this series of pumps can also be used to transport mud, cement slurry and other liquids with a certain viscosity.
At both ends of the pump head of the water injection pump, one end is equipped with an overflow valve, and the other end is equipped with a throttle valve or a pressure gauge and a high-pressure hose connector, which can adjust the working pressure of the system and limit the pump not to exceed the rated pressure. The use of safe and reliable, self-contained system, the use of extremely convenient.
Implementation standard of water injection pump: MT/T 188.2-2000 "emulsion pump for emulsion pump station in coal mine" and Q/JN001-2022 "water injection pump for BZW system".
